Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot combine eggs, yolks, cream, brown sugar, juice and zest until blended.
  2. Cook and stir over medium low heat or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in melted chocolate until smooth.
  3. Pour into desert dishes.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
