Oatmeal Milkshake (No Ice-Cream)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2-2 cups skim milk
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) packet oatmeal
  • 1 tsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Add everything but Ice Cubes to Blender.
  2. Pulse a bit to mix Oatmeal into the Milk.
  3. Add Ice Cubes and Blend until thickened.
