Oat Grain Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Put oats in blender and whirl until the consistency of flour.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Cook on grill in 1/8 cup amounts.
  4. Makes 6 pancakes
