Oat Crumble Ice Cream Topping

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine oats, sugar, flour, salt and nuts.
  3. Add butter and mix.
  4. Spread a thin layer on silpat covered sheet.
  5. Bake 12 minutes.
  6. Break with a fork.
  7. Remove and cool.
