No Crust Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 (7 oz) can coconut
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Put all into a blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Grease and flour 2 pie pans.
  3. Pour in the mixture and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
