Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 (7 ounce) can coconut
1 dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine
Directions:
1. Put all into a blender and blend thoroughly.
2. Grease and flour 2 pie pans.
3. Pour in the mixture and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
