Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On med heat, cook bell pepper and onion for aprox 3 minute
  2. Add meat and brown
  3. Add diced tomato, cook for 3-5 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and seasonings plus 1/2 cup water.
  5. Let sit in Med/Low heat for 15 min covered.
  6. Uncover and cook for an aditional 20-30 min to taste. remember the longer it cooks the more flavor it has.
  7. Serve over rice or Fritos.
  8. Enjoy.
