No-bake Sunflower Seed Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl: combine sunflower seeds, coconut and rice cereal
  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup
  3. Bring to a boil. and boil and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter until well mixed
  5. Pour over the sunflower mixture
  6. Stir until coated
  7. Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  8. Cool and then cut into bars.. makes 36
