Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease baking pan with butter. Make a layer of brown sugar with the brown sugar. (Approximating the size of your meatloaf. You want to over-shoot it, rather than under-toss it.).
  2. On top of the brown sugar, throw on the ketchup, barbecue sauce, and hotsauce. Using a fork, make a layer on top of the brown sugar without messing it up. (This could have been done in a bowl.).
  3. In a large (mixing) bowl, combine the ground beef, seasoned salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, crushed pretzels and crackers, (I just threw the crackers and pretzels in whole and crushed them while combining.) garlic powder, mayonnaise, brown gravy mix, and ground red pepper.
  4. Mold your loaf on the layers of brown sugar and condiments. There should be some of the under layers being squished out of the sides, use a fork and scrape that up and slap it on top of the loaf.
  5. Place in 350 degree temperature oven for about 30 minutes, depending on how much ground beef you're using.
