Directions:

  1. In Large mixing bowl combine Mayonaise, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onions.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add Cooked Potatoes to the mixture and mix until all Potatoes are covered.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
