Ingredients:

  • 1/2 loaf of chocolate panetonne, sliced (preferably a week old)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bailey's irish cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Mix eggs, Bailey's, milk, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Dip the Panetonne in the egg mixture and let it absorb a bit.
  4. Fry in the skillet on low until cooked.
