My Sugar Coated Pecans (Almonds)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2-3 cups nuts
  • 1/4-1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt, set aside.
  3. Beat egg white until foamy, add vanilla. Stir in sugar mix and nuts and coat. Spread on a baking pan and bake at 250 for about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every once in a while so that they don't stick - .
