My Momma's Pear Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 1 (16 oz) can pears
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip

Directions:

  1. Combine 1 c.
  2. Juice from pears and pkg.
  3. Jello.
  4. Heat on stove till boiling.
  5. Chill until partially set (1/2-1 hour) Take pears and cream cheese and blend in blender till smooth (no chunks).
  6. Take out of blender and add jello mixture and cool whip.
  7. Blend w/a spoon.
  8. Keep in refrigerator until set, about 3 hours.
