Mustard and Cheddar Pretzel Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the hot roll mix, yeast packet, mustard, and cheese; add water, 1 egg and butter, stirring until blended.
  3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 5 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
  5. Cut dought into 18 pieces.
  6. Roll each piece of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 14 rope; twist into a pretzel shape.
  7. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Brush with remaining egg and sprinkle with Kosher salt.
  8. Bake at 400 for 14 minutes or until golden.
  9. Serve warm.
