Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop, small, the mushrooms using the stems if they are not too tuff
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet then add the mushrooms and spices
  3. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until amost of the juices are gone
  4. Stand back and add the brandy and flame.
  5. Continue to stir until the mixture is dry
  6. Stir in softened cream cheese until well blended
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste
  8. Line a mold with plastic wrap and spread the mixture into it
  9. Chill at least 6 hours, best overnight.
