  1. Soften butter and cream cheese.
  2. Beat all together
  3. Roll into a ball and coat in crushed walnuts or sesame seeds.
  4. For variations try adding chopped chives, capsicum or pineapple, or try using havarti cheese.
  5. Chill before sserving.
