Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. yeast

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients into bred machine as directed; wet ingredients first followed by dry.
  2. Place the setting on dough and let mix.
  3. After the machine is finished and timer goes off, remove dough from pan.
  4. Place on a lightly floured counter and cover with a towel for 10 minutes.
  5. When 10 minutes are up, take off the towel and process to make your hot rolls.
  6. This will make 12 large hot rolls easily.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan, cover and let rise till double in size or about 40 minutes.
  8. When ready, bake them in a 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. After done, remove from oven and brush tops with margarine.
