Mixed Nut Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Stir together sugar and butter with a wooden spoon until blended.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Add flour and mix with your hands until a soft dough forms.
  6. Spread dough into greased pan pressing down to even.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and the 1 tbsp sugar.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked.
  9. Cut into 18 bars.
  10. Enjoy!
