Tangier Island Applesauce Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (unless the applesauce is tart)
  • 1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a 9 pie shell and bake in a 350 degree oven or 45 minutes.
