Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly spray pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. Combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  3. Beat egg with milk and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and cherries. Add all at once to flour mixture, stir just until moistened (batter will be rather stiff).
  4. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons batter in each cavity.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan, remove to cooling rack. Makes 4 dozen muffins.
