Ingredients:

  • 14 oz caramels
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • splash of rum

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Cut the chocolate and the butter into small pieces and put together in a double boiler, Cook until butter and chocolate are well melted
  3. Add sugar
  4. Heat the milk with the caramel in low heat, stir
  5. Incorporate the eggs, mixing very well after each one of them.
  6. Add vanilla, the rum . Add the nuts and the flour, milk mixture, don't over mix
  7. Put 4 tbs on the mini paper cup and bake it for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Served at tea time with coffee
