Micmac Baked Haddock Fillets

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut fillets into 4 portions and place each on a large square of aluminum foil.
  2. Season with lemon pepper.
  3. Cover each portion with 2 slices of apple, onion, lemon and tomato in layers.
  4. Drizzle with melted margarine.
  5. Season with a pinch of summer savory.
  6. Enclose fillets in the foil, being careful to seal all edges.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
  8. Serve by folding back the foil to form a boat that retains the juices.
