Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Separate and cut each biscuit in half.
  2. Place in greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix beef, salsa, onions and green pepper.
  4. Spread over biscuits.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream and chopped scallions.
