Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil and sugar.
  2. Add well beaten eggs .
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Fold in apples and nuts creating a thick batter.
  6. Scrape into greased tube pan.
  7. Sprinkle on topping.
  8. Bake 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or more if center is wet.
  9. Lower temperature. to 300 degrees and cook another 15 to 20 minutes
