Meat Loaf the Maw Fughas Way

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Dice Green pepper and potato. Fry in 2 Tbl spoons of butter untill potatos are golden brown. Remove and cool. I use the freezer.
  3. If you can get your ground chuck ground twice do it. Its amazing that way.
  4. Mix everything well and put in a baking dish. Cook for about an hour.
