Meat Loaf the Maw Fughas Way |

This recipe came from my great grand mother Maw Fughas. RIP. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 slice bread |
1/2 cup milk |
1 green pepper |
1 potato |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350. 2. Dice Green pepper and potato. Fry in 2 Tbl spoons of butter untill potatos are golden brown. Remove and cool. I use the freezer. 3. If you can get your ground chuck ground twice do it. Its amazing that way. 4. Mix everything well and put in a baking dish. Cook for about an hour. |
