Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cake mix, one egg, and oil. Set aside one cup of mixture. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish press remaining mixture evenly to form a crust. Bake for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and other egg until fluffy. Spread over baked crust and sprinkle with reserved batter over the top. Bake for 15 minutes more. Cool completely and cut into bars
