LLL Baking Mix Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups la leche league baking mix (recipe available on recipe zaar)
  • 2/3 cup milk or 2/3 cup water
  • grated cheese (optional)
  • herbs or spices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stir liquid into Mix just until moistened.
  2. Knead a few times on floured board.
  3. Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  4. Bake at 450 for 7-10 min, until golden on bottom.
