Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat medium saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add onion, saute 5 min.
  3. Add flour, and cook 1 min, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring until blended.
  5. Stir in the cheese, sour cream, sugar and salt, cook 5 min until thick and bubbly.
  6. Place green beans in an 8 in square baking dish, pour sauce over.
  7. Combine stuffing mix, margarine and egg white; and sprinkle over green beans.
  8. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
