Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 350F, lightly grease 9 by 5 pan.
  2. Mix everything, pour, and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
