A light poppyseed loaf, sans lemon. Ingredients:
3/4 cup splenda granular |
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup applesauce |
2 egg whites |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons poppy seeds |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat to 350F, lightly grease 9 by 5 pan. 2. Mix everything, pour, and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. |
