Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 600 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix honey and sesame oil and coat chicken. Cook chicken in preheated oven at 200'C for 30mins - ish
  2. To make sauce combine lemon zest, ginger, stock, sugar and salt in a pan and boil.
  3. Combine cornflour, soy and lemon juice.
  4. Stir into boiling syrup and thicken.
  5. Serve with rice and spoon sauce over chicken.
