Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. For bars, mix flour, sugar and oats; cut in butter.
  3. Until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  5. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture.
  6. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of greased.
  7. 13X9-inch baking pan.
  8. Bake 15 minutes.
  9. Beat cream cheese, eggs, juice and rind in bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
