Lemon and Raisin Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon , juice and rind of
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except raisins.
  2. Place a few raisins in each tart shell.
  3. Fill 2/3 with lemon mixture.
  4. Bake 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes~.
