This was given to me by a friend and is always a special treat. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 lemon, juice and rind of |
1/4 cup cream |
1 cup raisins |
30 prepared tart shells |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except raisins. 2. Place a few raisins in each tart shell. 3. Fill 2/3 with lemon mixture. 4. Bake 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes~. |
