Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs flour
  • 1/2 lb butter (1/2 of this for topping)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pint warm milk

Directions:

  1. Take 1 cup of milk and other half to melt butter- 1/4 lb. Let rise and bake 1/2 hour till dark yellow.
