                    This is a recipe of my great-grandmother, Agnes Stayton. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs flour  |  
                                                1/2 lb butter (1/2 of this for topping)  |  
                                                1/2 cup sugar  |  
                                                grated lemon rind  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                1/2 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 pint warm milk  |  
                                                yeast  |  
                                                pecans  |  
                                                cinnamon  |  
                                                sugar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Take 1 cup of milk and other half to melt butter- 1/4 lb. Let rise and bake 1/2 hour till dark yellow.                              |
