Lazy Maple Crescent Pull-Aparts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp hungry jack microwave ready regular syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In 8 or 9-inch ungreased round cake pan.
  3. Combine butter, brown sugar and syrup place in a microwave safe bowl and melt.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Remove dough from can in 2 rolled sections.
  6. DO NOT UNROLL DOUGH.
  7. Cut each roll of dough into 6 slices.
  8. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Dip both sides of each slice in sugar mixture.
  10. Arrange slices over margarine mixture in pan.
  11. Sprinkle with any remaining sugar mixture.
  12. Bake for 17 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Cool 1 minute.
  14. Invert onto serving plate.
  15. Serve warm.
