Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together till creamy.
  2. Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Melt butter in milk and add to batter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt together the topping ingredients and pour over hot cake as it comes out of oven.
  6. Place under grill until golden brown.
