  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together till creamy.
  • 2 Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 Melt butter in milk and add to batter.
  • 4 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  • 5 Melt together the topping ingredients and pour over hot cake as it comes out of oven.
  • 6 Place under grill until golden brown.
