Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in oil until soft.
  2. Add curry paste.
  3. Peel and cut potatoes.
  4. Put onions and potatoes in crock pot with fish sauce, coconut milk and meat.
  5. Add brown sugar, stir and cook on low for 5 hours.
  6. Serve over rice with a dollop of sour cream.
