  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs,sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9X13 pan. Bake 375 degrees for 8 minutes.Cool
  2. Beat creamcheese,sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Top with sliced fruit( bannanas or berries
  4. Prepare pudding using 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over fruit.
  5. Chill several hour or over night
  6. Before serving spread with remainung cool whip
