Kickin' Potato Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 3 quart saucepan, place potatoes, chicken broth, carrots, onion, and ham.
  2. Add enough water to cover all ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Simmer until carrots are tender.
  5. Add Vietnamese hot garlic sauce and evaporated milk. Retun to boil.
  6. Serve in soup bowl.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and enjoy.
