Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix togther all wet ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mix together all dry ingrdients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Fill muffin tin and bake 12-15 minutes. Until a toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy!
