Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups thick applesauce

Directions:

  1. Combine together flour, sufar, salr, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Then add raisins, chopped walnuts and melted butter.
  2. In a separae bowl, comvine applesauce and baking soda. Then add to dru ingredients and veat until well blended. Pour into well greased, and lighrtly floured 9x9x2 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
