Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl place the cooked sausage, jalapeno pepper, cheese, garlic, and cumin.
  4. Place a third of the egg mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Place a slice of bread into the dish.
  6. Place 1/3 of the amount of sausage mixture onto the slice of bread.
  7. Repeat until last slice of bread is on top.
  8. Add the remaining 1/3 sausage ingredients evenly across the top slice of bread and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
