Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash the beans, and drain.
  2. Place them in a large bowl, and cover them with water.
  3. Allow them to soak overnight, In the morning, place half the beans in a crockery bean pot.
  4. Bury the pork in the beans.
  5. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the pot.
  6. Cover with the remaining beans and the other half of the salt pork.
  7. Bake at 300 for 6 - 7 hours stirring occassionally.
