Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease bottom only of 8 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix Splenda, applesauce, and margarine in large bowl.
  4. Stir in egg until well blended.
  5. Add bananas, half n half, and vanilla.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just moistened.
  8. Top with nuts and press in (if desired).
  9. Pour into pan.
  10. Bake 8-inch loaves about 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Cool 10 minutes.
  12. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans and place top side up on wire rack.
  13. Cool completely.
