Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in butter and roll well in crumb mixture.
  4. Arrange in shallow lightly greased casserole dish.
  5. Drizzle any leftover butter over chicken.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
