Ingredients:

  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika or coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Put chick peas, garlic, and olive oil in food processor and process until smooth or desired consistency. Add other ingredients to suit taste and consistency.
